Telegate was a pioneer in VoIP communications systems in the Asia Pacific region. In 2013 it ranked 22nd overall in the CRN Fast 50 and 1st in the Telecommunications and Hosted PBX channel partner category, just as demand for video and internet based calls was exploding.
The business was running on about 10 different systems that didn't connect. Customer support was fractured, the sales pipeline was difficult to manage, and coordinating installations was a nightmare. Every year of growth made those gaps more expensive.

"3 years ago we had about 10 different systems managing various parts of the business. Now we have 1," said Tiernan. Every department now works from the same data, so sales, installs and support no longer depend on chasing information between tools.
The platform also proved itself on reliability, which matters for a business built on connectivity. "It just works. We've had no outages or downtime which is extremely important for a business that's all about connectivity. It's reliable and completely secure."
