Key Insight: NetSuite is powerful straight out-of-the-box, but its real impact comes when businesses are open to adapting their processes rather than trying to recreate old ways of working. Successful change management is about helping teams embrace new, simpler ways of doing things.
Proudest Project: One of my proudest projects was being part of a full NetSuite implementation for a wholesale distribution and manufacturing company. The business was running on disconnected legacy systems that caused delays and inefficiencies. I managed the rollout of NetSuite across multiple subsidiaries, streamlining inventory management, financial reporting, and customer fulfilment. The result was a single source of truth, faster decision-making, and a platform that scaled with the company’s growth.
What she loves about work at DWR: I love helping clients get the absolute best out of NetSuite — not just making the system work, but making it work for them.
