Alina Gurung is the Director of Customer Success at DWR, with hands-on NetSuite experience since 2018. She specialises in support, optimisation, and helping businesses in wholesale distribution, manufacturing, and supply chain get the most out of their NetSuite investment.

With a background as an in-house NetSuite Administrator and IT Manager, Alina focuses on simplifying processes, improving system performance, and guiding teams through effective change management.

She played a key role in delivering a multi-subsidiary NetSuite implementation, transforming disconnected systems into a single source of truth and enabling faster, more informed decision-making.
