Which platform has better support?

Support models differ:

  • NetSuite: Support included in license, 24/7 availability, global support team, extensive online resources
  • MYOB Advanced: Support via MYOB partner network, separate support fees (typically $8k-$15k annually), business hours support, smaller knowledge base

NetSuite's included support and larger user community provide more resources.
