Yes, phased implementations are common and often advisable:

  • Phase 1: Core financials and inventory (3-4 months)
  • Phase 2: WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, OCR, PAYROLL, (2-3 months)
  • Phase 3: PLANNING AND BUDGETING, AI AGENTS eCommerce, or PSA modules (3-4 months)

Phased approaches reduce change management risk but extend total timeline. We recommend implementing core financials first, stabilising operations, then adding modules quarterly.
