What’s one thing businesses should know about NetSuite but often don’t? Many businesses think their processes are too unique for NetSuite. In reality, NetSuite comes with proven, pre-built processes and configurations based on industry best practices and countless successful implementations, designed to work for you, not against you.

What project (or client engagement) are you most proud to have worked on? What was the outcome? One project I am especially proud of is Superloop. Out of around 20 odd NetSuite implementations I have managed, each presented its own unique challenges. Superloop, however was one of the most challenging; working with a demanding customer while streamlining financial operations, improving visibility into network performance, scaling service delivery, and implementing a comprehensive approval matrix. Their legacy systems couldn’t keep pace, so we deployed NetSuite to unify processes and strengthen operational control. The outcome delivered clearer performance insights, faster reporting, more efficient workflows, and scalable operations. It’s a standout for me because of its complexity and the high expectations we successfully delivered on.
