What's included

Everything you need to scope, plan and budget your NetSuite project

01

Initial discovery

We work through how your business runs today, where the time goes and what's holding you back.

02

Stakeholder requirements gathering

We talk with your key stakeholders and divisional managers, so the scope reflects the whole business and not just finance.

03

Confirmed functional scope

The full scope your business needs, mapped to core NetSuite functionality and your key process areas.

04

Data migration, integration, reporting and localisation

We identify these for each of your businesses or entities through workshops with key stakeholders.

05

NetSuite fit and compatibility check

We confirm NetSuite is the right fit for your requirements before you invest.

06

Licensing guidance

You'll know which NetSuite licences your business needs.

07

Delivery approach, phasing and timelines

What your project looks like, how it's phased and how long each stage takes.

08

Effort for each side

The key effort areas for your team and for DWR, so there are no surprises about internal resourcing.

09

Indicative effort and cost range

Detailed enough for internal budget approval, ahead of a fully priced Statement of Work.

10

Risks, dependencies and assumptions

We flag anything that could materially affect scope, timeline or cost.

11

NetSuite demonstration

We show you NetSuite working on the processes that matter to your business.

What you walk away with

A clear answer on NetSuite, before you spend on it

A business case your board can approve

Scope, timeline and budget range in one document.

Confidence in the fit

Know whether NetSuite suits your requirements before you spend on licences or implementation.

A realistic plan

Phasing and effort based on how your business actually works, not on a template.

No obligation

The Blueprint is yours to keep, whether or not you go ahead with DWR.

How it works

Four steps from first call to finished Blueprint

1

Reserve your spot

Fill in the short form above. You'll hear from us the same day. We'll confirm your discovery sessions, including who needs to attend and the required duration.

2

We learn how your business actually runs

You and your department heads walk us through how the business really runs, workarounds included. You're in the room with Nigel Wooden, Principal NetSuite Solutions Architect, and Tiernan O'Connor, Director of Customer Success.

3

You get the full picture in writing

Scope, approach, timeline and indicative investment. Documented, costed and defensible. Most businesses go into an ERP decision guessing at two of those four. You won't. Ready two to three weeks after your first session.

4

See it working on your processes

We walk you through the findings and show you NetSuite running your actual workflows, using your terminology. You'll know the required changes, the cost, and the effort before you commit a dollar to implementation.

Who you'll work with

The senior team behind your Blueprint

Nigel Wooden, Managing Director and Principal NetSuite Solutions Architect at DWR

Nigel Wooden

Managing Director and Principal NetSuite Solutions Architect

One of Australia's most experienced NetSuite ERP practitioners. Nigel has guided mid-market and enterprise businesses through complex NetSuite ERP transformations for over two decades, and what he values most is watching clients keep growing long after go-live.

Tiernan O'Connor, Director of Customer Success at DWR

Tiernan O'Connor

Director of Customer Success

Close to two decades of NetSuite ERP experience across wholesale distribution, manufacturing, software, telco and professional services. Tiernan helps your team see what NetSuite can genuinely do, and builds the confidence to run it at full capacity with simpler ways of working.

Success story

How Overland Group moved to NetSuite with DWR

Farms, retail, online, butchery and an abattoir: six to seven entities, and a CFO who needed five days just to gather the numbers. Australia's largest privately held pork producer wanted one clear view of the whole group. DWR brought every entity into a single NetSuite ERP environment and connected Shopify, POS and manufacturing resource planning, so the numbers are ready when decisions need making.

The CFO went from five days of information gathering to real-time visibility across every entity.
FAQs

Questions before you reserve

Why is the Blueprint worth $10,000?

Because it's the same work we'd normally run as a paid engagement. Your Principal NetSuite Solutions Architect and Director of Customer Success work through discovery, functional scope, data and integrations, licensing, timelines and risks, then configure a NetSuite demonstration on your processes. None of it comes off a template.

Do we have to buy NetSuite, or work with DWR afterwards?

No. There's no obligation either way. The Blueprint is yours to use internally for planning, budget approval and board sign-off. It holds up whether you move forward now, later or not at all.

How long does it take, and what do we need to prepare?

Nothing to prepare. Your Blueprint is ready two to three weeks after your first discovery session. We need your department heads in the discovery sessions, and everything else gets gathered there. No data exports, no pre-reading, no homework.
